		<description>2007, use 1040X and schedule A.  You need to exceed the standard deduction to see a difference.  The schedule A is all expenses, even ones claimed on the original return.
For 2008, use 1040X.  Up to $500 of real estate tax could be claimed with the standard deduction, otherwise schedule A.</description>
